...ma allora tutti i discorsi, esercizi, tiritere sullo "stare nel presente", che fine fanno, che senso hanno.


"Non abbandonare l'attimo." - E dove altro potremmo andare?


"Raggiungere" l'attimo, il presente, la presenza, il risveglio, l'illuminazione.


Ma se vogliamo raggiungere qualcosa stiamo già fuggendo dal così è.


Ma del resto fuggire è impossibile-






Una cosa impossibile: raggiungere il luogo in cui già siamo.





Jeff Foster propone questa possibilità:

because this moment
is ALREADY accepted
just as it is.
